Hi my name is Rachel McCuen and this is my 22nd year teaching! I started my career in Pemberton Township teaching at Marcus Newcomb for 12 years. I taught 5/6th grade self-contained special education for 10 years and inclusion for 2 years. I have been at Denbo for the past 10 years; I absolutely love this school and it's students! I love serving the Pemberton Township community and I definitely have Pemberton Pride! Teaching is not a one woman show; I teach with a wonderful co-teacher Michelle Orlovsky and together we make up a powerful team! I have a bachelor's degree in Special and Elementary Education from Georgian Court University. I was called to teaching at a very early age. I knew in 2nd grade that I wanted to be a teacher and I was able to achieve my dream through Pemberton Township Schools.

In my free time, I spend it with my family. My husband Owen and I have two beautiful daughters Agnes and Eloise. We love to take day trips to places like the Adventure Aquarium, Philadelphia Zoo, and Discovery Museum. I am also very active in community groups where I live in Haddon Township.
