Ms. Dianne Santucci
Hello!
My name is Dianne Santucci, and I am the School Social Worker at Denbo-Crichton and Stackhouse Elementary. I began my journey in the Pemberton Township School District in July 2015, and it has been an enriching experience ever since. In 2021, I was honored to receive the Educational Services Support Staff of the Year award. This acknowledgment reaffirmed my dedication to supporting and nurturing the students within our school community.
I hold a Master's degree in Social Work Clinical Practice with Families and Children from Monmouth University, which laid the foundation for my career. Over the years, I have gained invaluable experience in various settings, always driven by a deep passion for helping others. I believe in empowering individuals to recognize their strengths and build upon them. This approach is a core part of who I am as both a professional and a person.
My work focuses heavily on social and emotional development, as I firmly believe these competencies play a vital role in children's overall development. Social and emotional growth for young children involves cultivating trust, emotional security, self-awareness, self-regulation, and healthy relationships with peers and adults. I am committed to promoting these areas of development, understanding that they are fundamental to a child's success in and out of the classroom.
As a School Social Worker, I prioritize fostering positive relationships within the school environment. I am convinced that strong, supportive connections among students, teachers, and staff are vital to enhancing academic performance and encouraging healthy personal growth. I aim to ensure every student feels seen, valued, and understood. I strive to communicate to each child that they are important, that they matter, and that their well-being is my priority.
Thank you for entrusting me with your child's care. It is an honor to be a part of their educational journey.
