Pemberton Learning Community: Pursuing Excellence One Child at a Time

Any middle school student interested in playing a Winter sport (boys basketball, girls basketball, wrestling, or cheerleading) must have their physical paperwork turned in to Mrs. Caruso in the Nurse's office by Friday, October 29th, 2021. If students do not submit their physical forms by the deadline, they will not be able to participate in a winter sport.  Physical forms are available on the school website or can be picked up at the school nurse's office.

Thank you for your support of Pemberton Athletics!
