  • Requirements for Fall Sports

    Any Pemberton Middle School student (incoming 6-8th graders) interested in playing a FALL SPORT (Girls & Boys Soccer, Field Hockey, Cross Country, Flag Football) must have their physical paperwork turned in at High School main office by Friday, August 27, 2021. 

    Click here for required paperwork.

    If your physical paperwork is not submitted by 8/27 you are not guaranteed to be able to play a fall sport.
