My name is Shannon Horton. I am the certified School Nurse at Alexander Denbo School. I have a bachelor's degree in Biology and also in Nursing. My role is to care for the students and staff when there is an illness or injury. More importantly, I hope to promote health education and awareness when students are well. I enjoy teaching others how to be healthy by providing the knowledge needed for self-care when possible.
