• COMPREHENSIVE SCIENCE 
    Credits: 5 

    This course is designed to fulfill the first half of the Biology requirement for college bound students. It is designed to help deepen your understanding of life science, the intent of the course is to increase in your appreciation of living organisms.  Throughout the course we will focus on processes of the basic chemical principals of life, ecology, and the cells ability to harvest energy.
    This course also includes an introduction to the science laboratory.

     

    Throughout the semester you will be guided through lecture, various individual and group projects, labs, quizzes, and tests.
