My name is Heather Ilconich, I have been working in Pemberton Township as a School Social Worker since July 2002. 

My role on the Child Study Team as a Case Manager, is student support, counseling and helping with the district initiatives, such as the Trauma Team, Restorative Programming, Trauma Informed Problem Solving (TIPS) and helping to collaborate with school staff on many helpful and supportive initiatives.  I am also one of the advisors of the GSA (Gender and Sexuality Alliance)  here at PTHS, a safe, welcoming and non-judgemental after-school club and everyone is welcome to attend.   

I have also taught part time for Rutgers, Graduate School of Social Work, Camden Campus, since 2007 and I have been a Lead Response Member for over the last ten years for the Burlington County Traumatic Loss Coalition (TLC).   

I have a vested interest in student support, culture and climate, my husband Dean and I are the proud parents of a super cute pup named Ryder.
