• Our weight club runs throughout the school year (fall, winter, and spring).

    1. Each week students that have submitted the proper paperwork (physical & participation form) come and work out under the supervision of a qualified instructor.
    2. The club meets 3 days a week and students join for various reasons.
      • Perhaps it is their off season and they want to maintain their fitness level
      • maybe they want to become a healthier individual or work off some stress
      • or maybe they just want to make new friends.

    Regardless of the reason all students are welcome to join.
