PerformCare is the single point of access to a wide array of behavioral health, intellectual and developmental disability services as well as substance use treatment for youth and families throughout New Jersey.

Communicate with a community resource specialist who have access to a resource database of community programs and services that assist people who need help with things like food, utilities, affordable housing, rental assistance, mental and physical health, substance use disorders, child care, senior needs, legal assistance, transportation, homelessness, utility assistance, disability services and so much more.
