I began my career working in private preschools in Pennsylvania, and then in the preschool program of Camden, NJ.  I also served as a Preschool Literacy Coach in Camden for Children's Literacy Initiative.

For the past 14 years I have been fortunate to work in the Pemberton Early Childhood program, first as a preshool teacher and now as a master teacher.  As a master teacher, my primary role is to visit classrooms and act as a coach using the reflective cycle.  I aso plan and present training opportunitites for our staff and parents.  I have many years of experience working with HighScope Curriculm and best practice.
