Hello!  Welcome to Room A8. My name is Wendy Danter and I will be the General Education Teacher in your child's classroom this year.  I'm so excited about having the privilege to teach your child and watch them grow.  I would like to take this opportunity to share a few things about myself both personally and professionally.  I graduated from Rowan University with my degree in Elementary Education, received my Master's Degree from Mary Grove College and my Preschool-Grade 3 certification from Monmouth University.  This will be my 21st year teaching in Pemberton Township.  I've been married for 27 years, have a 25-year-old daughter and a soon to be son-in-law, a 19-year-old son and a dog named Ryder.  I enjoy reading, lounging at the beach and spending time with my family and friends.  I am looking forward to a successful school year and making new memories!!!

Every day is a learning experience!  Children benefit from a consistent routine, so please have your child attend school on a daily basis.  Not only will good attendance help build good habits for the children, it can help alleviate academic problems later on.  If children are regularly absent, they may not be fully prepared for school. Preschool is a time for building the social, emotional, cognitive, and language skills needed for school readiness. Thank you!!
