Reading:
Today we will be reading On Meadowview Street. I will have a video of me reading the book. You will answer the 4 questions on the top of the Lesson 7, part 1.
With this text, we are focusing on characters point of view and how they can have different opinions. Also how we can tell how a character feels not only through their words but from their actions and the illustrations. We worked on this skill with Trouble at the Sandbox, Alexander Who Used to Rich Last Sunday, I Wanna Iquanna and Marching with Aunt Susan.
I have assigned you two assignments on Freckle (class code med35s)- Helen Keller and Civil Engineers
Please complete 15 minutes on Red Bird Reading.
Writing:
Read for 20 minutes and answer one of the questions provided on the sheet labeled Independent Reading questions in your Writing Journal. Please provide the title of the book in your writing. I am looking forward to finding out what you are reading and what you think about those books!
