Welcome Families of D9!  My name is Alyssa Rodriguez and I will be your child's preschool teacher this year.  Another very important person that will be working directly with your child this year is Mrs. Anna Major, who is the 6 hour classroom aide. I'm so excited about having the privilege to work with your child and watch them grow. I would like to first tell you about myself, I am a 2011 graduate of Pemberton Township High School. This is my ninth year working at PECEC and my second year teaching. Prior to earning my degree, I worked as a 4 and 6 hour aide in the preschool program. I also had the opportunity to take on the role of a director at a local Christian Preschool. I enjoy all things rose gold, my two year old staffy bull terrier, Ollie, boxing, trips to Target and most importantly FAMILY!

I am a graduate of Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Early Childhood Education and currently working on my Master’s Degree in Special Education. I currently hold certification in preschool to third grade.

I am looking forward to a successful school year and a lot of new memories!
