• JROTC Color Guard JROTC

The high school JROTC is an exemplary unit, as noted by its designation as an Honor Unit with Distinction. Awarded by the United States Army Reserve Officers’ Training Corps, this award is the highest unit level rating possible in Army JROTC. The program prepares high school students for leadership roles while making them aware of their rights, responsibilities, and privileges as American citizens.

Over 100 members strong, the Pemberton Township JROTC is very active in community service projects, and in recognition of their service they were awarded the 2013 NJ State Governor's Jefferson Award for a Youth Volunteer Group. The JROTC also features an award winning Drill Team, Color Guard, and Air Rifle Team, which brought home a combined record number of trophies in the 2014-2015 school year.
