Welcome to the ONLINE facilities usage application program!
Pemberton Township Schools is proud of its school facilities and pleased to share use of the facilities with community organizations. We ask that all organizations follow the procedure listed below to submit an application for facilities usage. If approved, it is expected all organizations will respect school property and maintain reasonable order during events.
IMPORTANT notes before you begin:
All new users must set up an account to become an approved user of Pemberton Township Schools facilities. When you click on the "Directions Link" on the left, you will be directed how to set up an account.
No facilities requests will be processed until you have been APPROVED as a user. Once you are approved, you can begin the request process. (You will be notified of user approval by email.)
All facilities usage requests must be submitted a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the next scheduled Board of Education meeting for approval. (See helpful documents link on left for BOE meeting schedule.)
Please note, insurance is required for all applicants. Important documents can be found on the 'documents' tab of usage request website.
