    How to Access HD Meeting on the iPad

     

    1.) Open HD meeting App on the iPad.

    ​

     

    2. ) Type in Meeting ID

    3.) Change your Personal Link Name to your Name.

    4.) Once Logged in HD Meeting will ask to have access to your Ipad Camera

    ​

    5.) Click OK

    6.) Click Join with Video

    7.) HD Meeting Will ask to Access your Ipad Microphone

    ​

    8.) Click OK

    9.) HD Meeting will ask to Send Notifications

    ​

    10.) Click Allow

     

    11.) Finally HD Meeting will ask to To Hear others please Join Audio

    ​

    12.) Join using Ipad audio use the Call using Internet Audio

    13.) If you "Call in from a Phone" use the Dial in button and it will give you the number to dial in with
