Health and Physical Education

I am a dedicated and passionate health and physical education teacher with 36 years (34th year in Pemberton) of experience fostering a love for fitness and healthy living among students. I hold a bachelor's degree from Slippery Rock University, where I was honored as the Physical Education major of the year, and my Master’s degree from Rowan University. I believe that physical education is about more than just sports. It's about building lifelong skills such as teamwork, perseverance and self-discipline. My approach emphasizes fun and inclusivity, ensuring that every student feels encouraged regardless of their athletic abilities. With a commitment to helping every student achieve their personal best, I will strive to inspire young minds to lead active, healthy lifestyles. I enjoy spending time with my 3 grown-up kids and friends. I am a huge fan of the Eagles, Sixers and Phillies. Some of my favorite things include live music and beach days.
