Hello.  My name is Mrs. Stobie, and I am one of the science teachers here at Newcomb Middle School. This is my second year in 6th grade, but my 20th year of teaching.  I grew up in the south, and I am a proud alumnus of The University of Georgia... Go Dawgs!  My husband and I have 5 very active children and a house full of pets.  I am very passionate about science education, and I enjoy sports and outdoor activities.  I am excited to be able to work with the students at Newcomb!
