Hi! My name is Ms. Miller and I teach 6th grade Social Studies at Newcomb Middle School! I graduated from Salisbury University, earning a degree in Secondary Education - History. I began my career teaching high school in Maryland, where I taught American Government, AP US History and AP African American Studies. I fell in love with studying history when I was in 6th grade, so I am eager to bring my passion for the subject to Newcomb!

In my free time, I take my dog, Ripley, on long walks. I also love to read and listen to audiobooks. Recently, I started taking pottery classes!
