Mrs. Dionne Quow-Collins

Hello, my name is Dionne Quow-Collins. I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. My parents immigrated from the Caribbean island of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, which is located in the West Indies. When not teaching, I can be found researching and multitasking between family events and community service. Growing up I attended many games at Madison Square Garden and Yankee Stadium. Although I am a soccer mom now, I love watching most sports and listening to school bands. I look forward to seeing my students participate in extracurricular activities this year.

My educational and professional background includes a BA in English, MS in Education Administration, and a current doctoral candidate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. I hold NJ Principal and Supervisor Certificates, and I am certified by the National Association of Parliamentarians. Additionally, I am an active member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, Zeta Delta Zeta Chapter in Burlington County.

Education has always been a part of who I am. I have taught grade levels 3-5, but as the Reading Interventionist at Busansky, I will be working in collaboration with classroom teachers to engage students in ELA lessons  designed to develop and secure their reading comprehension and writing skills. I look forward to engaging students in a rewarding learning experience while fostering an open mind toward moving forward to maximize their potential! As I begin my 21st year of teaching, I am so honored to have the opportunity to work with the children and families of Pemberton Township Schools. I look forward to the current year with the promise of a better future that awaits each student.
