    Welcome to our page!

I am excited to continue the implementation of the AAA Safety Patrol Program for the 2022-2023 school year.

The primary purpose of the program is to enhance the safety of our students, staff and guests. In addition, the program promotes the development of leadership skills, mentorship, good citizenship qualities and sound academic skills.

A few of the roles a safety patroller carries out are to model for students the safety rules that have been taught in the classroom, to assist students in safe transitions throughout the building, to assist student walkers and bikers across streets as they arrive and depart school and to assist the bus driver with bus passenger safety procedures.

Patrollers receive training and instructions on safety guidelines and procedures during initial training and regularly at patrol meetings.  Patrol leadership (Officers) receive leadership and mentoring training as well as Conflict Resolution & Peer Mediation training in addition to the regular patroller training.

Here is where you will find information about our School Safety Patrol. The calendar will be regularly updated with meeting dates/times & other events the patrol may have going on. Please check it often. You will find photos in the picture section for you to enjoy, and our AAA newsletter as well as our school safety newsletter will be linked here as well.

I am excited to have the opportunity to lead the Safety Patrol for another year and I look forward to working with you and your children.

All communications with patrollers and parents will be exclusively through “Class Dojo."

If you have any questions about your child’s participation in the Safety Patrol, please contact me.
