I have taught in Pemberton Township Schools for over twenty years. My philosophy of education is shaped from experiences as a psychology major, teacher, and life experiences. I believe teachers need to have an eclectic approach to teaching. Young children are still in the process of building a sense of self. I believe intelligence is multidimensional and students should be active participants in their learning. All students are encouraged to be responsible for each other and to treat each other with respect. Intelligence can develop from hard work and persistence and each student is unique.
