I am excited to be your child’s teacher this year and look forward to a productive year of learning and growing together.

My educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management from Kutztown University and my Master’s degree in Elementary Education from Holy Family University. I have taught the past ten years in the kindergarten setting. I have a great passion for teaching early elementary students. I love having a part in building their knowledge, excitement about learning and giving them all their first positive elementary school experiences.

I believe that all children can learn, regardless of their ability. In addition, every child should be valued and treated with respect and their strengths should be given a chance to shine often, promoting a positive learning environment.  My absolute favorite thing about teaching is seeing a child's face light up with a smile once they've made a connection and learned something new. 

The greatest gift I can give your child is to create engaging and relevant learning experiences every day, where the students are active participants in the learning process. My goal is to have all students learning at their own level, while encouraging and inspiring them to continue to grow educationally to the next level. My lessons include student-centered and hands-on activities, technology-based learning by giving students access to IPads daily for instruction. My desire is for all students to feel like our classroom is a community that they’re very much a part of, a place where they feel loved, safe, secure and excited to learn!
