Hello!

My name is Jennifer Liput, and I am a fifth-grade teacher at Busansky. The 2023-2024 school year will be my 8th year teaching 5th grade! 

I am from Toms River, New Jersey- I love living near the beach! I graduated from Rider University with a major in Elementary Education and Mathematics and a minor in Middle School Mathematics Education in May 2017. My favorite things to do include reading, going to the beach, and spending time with my son.

I believe that education is a continuous, lifelong process. In my classroom, I will encourage students to grow as active learners, develop their understandings, to explore their academic interests, and to apply their learning in authentic, meaningful ways. 

My goal for this year is to guide TEAM 303 to master content, work collaboratively, take academic risks, and have fun! Parents, we are going to be teammates in guiding your student to success. Please feel free to contact me any time!
