Ms. Kim Barry

I am a graduate of Rider University, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education and Psychology.  My teaching career began as a kindergarten classroom teacher for three years in a private school.  I was then hired by Pemberton Township BOE as a Grade 3 class size reduction teacher for 2 years.  I landed a full-time position in a first grade classroom for 14 years before finally working as an intervention teacher.  This is my sixth year as a Reading Interventionist, working with children in grades K to 2.

I am excited to be working as part of a team with the Fundations program.  I believe that working with struggling children early on, and in a small group setting, is the best way to help them become successful learners and build a foundation for continued success in the future.
