Hello,

I first began my career in Pemberton as a Preschool Teacher and then taught Kindergarten for many years.  Now, I am proud to be a member of the Academic Mastery Team and be a Reading Interventionist Teacher. I believe teaching reading is one of the most rewarding careers a person could have. My goal for my students is for them to become life-long readers. I want to instill in my students the love and value of reading.  One of the best indicators of reading success, is reading to your children.  I encourage all of my parents/guardians to read to their children at home.  Learning should be fun, and you can make every life opportunity a learning one!
