Any student interested in participating in Helen Fort Middle School Fall Sports - boys' soccer, girls' soccer, field hockey, cross country and flag football - MUST have an approved physical turned into the nurse's office by Friday, August 22nd.  If you do not have an approved physical, then you CANNOT try out for the fall sports teams.  Also, please have your parents/guardians log into Genesis and complete the Athletics Forms tab.
