JROTC

The high school Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) is an exemplary unit, as noted by its designation as an Honor Unit with Distinction. Awarded by the United States Army Cadet Command, this award is the highest unit level rating possible in Army JROTC. The program prepares high school students for leadership roles and life as a thriving member of society while making them aware of their rights, responsibilities, and privileges as American citizens.  We help guide students to become the best whether in military service, college, trade school, or the workforce.

The Pemberton Township JROTC is very active within the community – veterans support, school support, parades, and numerous service-learning projects.  In recent years our Raider and Drill Teams travelled to Fort Knox, Kentucky and Daytona Beach, Florida respectively, competing at the U.S. Army National level.
