"Design is the method of putting form and content   together. Design, just as art, has multiple definitions;     there is no single definition. Design can be art. Design can be aesthetics. Design is so simple, that's why it is so complicated." - Paul Rand

The main goal of this club is to teach students the necessary skills in creating Desktop Publishing, Graphic Design, Screen Printing, and Digital Media using Adobe Computer Software.

The students will then use those skills to help produce actual school material (signs, business cards, posters, memo pads, cartoon drawings, silk screen t-shirt production, etc). Students will experience first-hand the different projects and challenges that graphic designers encounter in their professional careers. Students will work individually, in groups, or work on their own creations. No graphic design experience is needed. Seats are limited and fun is necessary to join the PTHS Graphic Arts Club.

  • The Graphic Arts Club meets on Monday's in room 162.

Days and dates will change between November 12th and February 1st due to the High School Bowling Season.
