The Board of Education strictly prohibits all forms of unlawful discrimination and harassment on the basis of race, creed, color, national origin, ancestry, age, marital status, domestic partnership status, affectional or sexual orientation, familial status, disability, nationality, sex, pregnancy, gender identity or expression, atypical hereditary cellular or blood trait, genetic information, military service, AIDS and HIV status, or under the Boy Scouts of America Equal Access Act.  It is the policy of the School District that the School District’s educational program, employment practices, and other functions shall be free of all forms of discrimination and harassment.
