Beginning on March 19th, there will be evening work (between the hours of 4:00 pm and 12:00 am) completed in preparation for the major construction. This work will be focused in the hallway areas and will include removal of ceiling tiles along with the installation of duct work in the ceiling.
This will impact our after school tutoring programs and the 21st Century Program at Stackhouse. Please be mindful of the following:
If your child attends the 21st Century Program at Stackhouse, please know that your child will be at Harker Wylie after 3:30 for the program. So, if you need to pick your child up for any reason, you will need to go to the main entrance at Harker Wylie.
In terms of phone communication, if you need to contact a representative from Stackhouse or the 21st Century program after 3:45, please call 609-893-8141 extension 7809.
