Welcome to the Crichton School Website! As the Principal of
this great school, I cannot say enough about the importance of parents as
partners in their child’s learning experience. With this in mind, this site has
been designed to be a connection between home and school that can be accessed
from anywhere at anytime. Here, you can be “in the know” about every aspect of
life at Crichton School—everything from our academic goals and objectives for
your child, right down to what he/she will be served for breakfast and lunch on
any given day. You can keep up with important dates and special events, and
perhaps most importantly, communicate regularly with your child’s teacher via
e-mail.
As part of their Professional Improvement Plans, all
Crichton teachers have established class webpages, on which you will find
important information relative to what your child is studying throughout the
year, his/her nightly homework assignments and other useful information such as
the teacher’s grading policy, upcoming classroom events and general
communications. To access the webpage of your child’s teacher, simply click on
the “staff” button on the left side menu, double click the grade level, then
find and click on the picture of your child’s teacher. Once you find it,
consider making it your homepage. This way, you will always have the most
current information about what’s happening in your child’s class.
